Grove & Meadow Mindful Walk – Taster Session
Come and join me on Wednesday 24th September, 2–4pm for a gentle mindful walk through grove and meadow, with meditation, tea and cake.
Our first taster is by donation
This will be a weekly Wednesday event, with optional seasonal crafts on some days.
