Cancellation Policy
Online Booking and Cancellation Policy 1. Appointment Booking: • Online Booking: Clients can book appointments online through our website, for Attunements via www.orarosetemple.com . To secure your appointment, you will need to purchase that attunement first from the Temple Shop, then book your attunement appointment. • Confirmation: Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment. Please ensure all details are correct and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies. 2. Cancellation Policy: • 48-Hour Cancellation Clause: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client. • How to Cancel: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can do so online through our booking system or by texting our office at #4407580551979 • Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the Attunement bought fee eg £49 x 50% equates to £24.50 cancellation fee. • 3. Refund Policy: • Cancellation Fees: If you cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours' notice, no cancellation fee will be charged. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice or do not show up, the cancellation fee will be applied to your credit card on file. • Refunds: Refunds for prepaid services will be processed within 5-7 business days for cancellations made with proper notice. 4. Recording Disclaimer: • Zoom Recording: For appointments conducted via Zoom, we strive to ensure all sessions are recorded as per your request. However, we cannot be held responsible if the Zoom recording fails due to technical issues beyond our control. 5. Exceptions: • Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel within 48 hours due to an emergency, please contact us directly, and we will address the situation on a case-by-case basis. Text us or email us in these situations 6.
