Take a moment to feel into each of these emotions and how they have shown up for you in your life.  

Jealousy.  Envy.  Resentment.  Bitterness.  Regret.  These emotions are all energies that leave us feeling remorseful.   When these emotions arise they come packed in a multilayered punch that can wind up leaving you feeling like, let's face it, a pretty shitty human being. So we repress, block, deny and refuse to allow these parts ourselves to have a true voice.  

But what if we make space for these emotions to arise?
