Grove & Meadow Mindful Walk
Come and join me on Thursday 2nd October 2–4pm for a gentle mindful walk through grove and meadow, with meditation, tea and cake.
Suggested Donation £7
This will be a weekly event with optional seasonal crafts on some days.
